Event date

Event description
The National Launch of 16 Days of Activism for no Violence Against Women and Children started on the 25th of November 2024.
We have a GBV Art exhibition entitled “Angst: Gender Based Violence, Suffering and the Trauma of War which opens on 29 November 2024.
This is a heart wrenching depiction of the experiences of women and children during the war through art.
There is also a space to put into words one’s experience of this exhibition which will remain confidential, but offers in some small way an outlet for visitors to reflect on what they have witnessed and the emotions connected to this experience.
Well-known artist Dina Cormick opened the exhibition and spoke of how we cannot fail to address the violence and abuse against women and children in society today.
This exhibition will run until March 2025.
