During this event, a commissioned work (painting) of the various three construction phases / expansion phases of the museum complex was captured in watercolour by Mrs. Nannie Henning.
Along with this, two publications on the museum’s origins and expansion over the past 90 years have been compiled. The two publications describes in word and image, the story of the museum’s origins, growth and expansions to date.
The publications will be launched at the War Museum on 19 November 2021.
The publications will be on sale at the museum.
